Supply list for the first workshop of the April Master Class series on four Master Contemporary Artists.
ARTIST: El Anatsui
Sunday, April 5, 2021 – 7:30-8:30 pm via Zoom. Free & Open to the Public. Register. Print.
The only preparation for the workshop is to randomly gather materials that you have around the house, inside or outside, to create a sculpture. There are no must haves or right or wrong materials for this project. It is best to not think about what you will be making as you gather materials, just collect things that resonate with you or that you just happen upon. There will be time after we discuss the Anatsui’s process and our project to add more materials from items you may have stashed at home.
